IAF Group X & Y Exam Selection Procedure:

Every year, the Indian Air Force recruits airmen for Group X & Y. 1) Nationality-   Indian candidates can apply for this exam

2) Educational Qualification-

 

·         For Group X : A 10+2 pass with Physics, Mathematics, and English with a minimum of 50% in aggregate and 50% in English is required, or a 3 year diploma course in engineering in any stream is require

·         For Group Y : 10+2 or its equivalent

 

3) Age Limit- 20 to 24 year (at the time of commencement of course)

4) Gender & Marital status- Unmarried male candidates only

5) Physical Fitness Test- The eligibility of the candidate for the physical fitness is measured as per height, weight and medical standard.
